general booking Info
You are more than welcome to turn up to our venue to book, however we strongly recommend booking online to avoid any disappointments. Parties MUST be booked in advance and can be booked online or in store.
Parties are FULL private hire, and bookings to the public will be closed during that timeslot.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes! We have a few options available, allowing you to save and visit as much as you like.
What is your cancellation policy for the playspace?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your booking may receive a full refund or credit (minus any processing fees).No-show or cancellations less than 24 hours before your booked time may incur a cancellation fee or no refund, depending on the circumstances.Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to our internal policy and the payment method used.
What is your cancellation for parties?
More than 14 days in advance: A full refund of the deposit will be issued. 7 to 14 days in advance: A 50% refund of the deposit will be issued. Less than 7 days in advance: The deposit is non-refundable. If a cancellation is made due to an emergency, we will make every effort to reschedule the party to a later date. However, rescheduling is subject to availability.
i want to amend my party booking
Any changes to the party booking (such as the date, time, or number of guests) must be made at least 7 days in advance. Changes made after this period may incur a fee or be subject to availability.
Why do i need to sign a waiver?
Our liability waiver ensures that parents understand and acknowledge their responsibility for the supervision of their children AT ALL TIMES in the playspace. By entering the playroom, you agree to assume all risks associated with the use of our facilities. Kids Zen Zone is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during your visit, except in cases of negligence by our staff.You are also responsible for any damages caused to our equipment or facilities, due to the actions of your children. No entry is allowed without a valid waiver for all children.
How do you Practice Health & Safety?
The health and safety of all our guests is our top priority. Regular cleaning of equipment and play areas is conducted each hour, in addition to ensuring that all walking and open spaces are clear of mess, spilled toys or any slip/trip hazards. Our bathroom facilities are maintained and cleaned regularly.
How does your space ensure a safe zone for kids?
Our reception space/door opening is separated from the playspace by a secure baby gate, meaning your kids are fully secured and safe at all times.
Can i leave my kids and go and get a coffee?
Unfortunately, we are not a licensed day care/ child minding space. We are not insured, nor qualified, to look after any unattended children. If you need to leave our facility for any reason, it is your responsibility to take your child with you, or ensure they are properly watched by a trusted adult.
Facility closures
We are open Monday - Sunday, closing for selected Public Holidays including Christmas. Our closing times will be updated on our website and social media pages as they approach.
